A minimum two-month agreement is required for boaters desiring permanent dockage.

Vessel LOA (length overall) is based on the registered or documented length as shown on the applicable document.

Vessels will not be placed into a slip in which they do not fit according to Marina policy.

Electricity is based on LOA:

-- Up to 25' = $15 per month

-- 26' to 40' = $25 per month

-- 41' to 60' = $45 per month

-- 61' to 64' = $85 per month

-- 65' and over = $100 per month

-- 100A power is available at an additional cost

Additional fees include a $15 environmental fee and 7% MS State Sales Tax.

Live-aboard fee is an additional (non-refundable) $200 per month; minimum LOA for live-aboard is 35'.

Two months of slip fees and live-aboard fees are required upfront.

Tenants who pay on a semi-annual basis receive a 5% discount on their slip rent.

Tenants who pay on an annual basis receive a 5% discount on slip rent, environmental fee, and power.
